Your Body Wants Pleasure. Your Boss Wants a Spreadsheet.
The topic of sexual energy is broadly misunderstood and has been covered in shame for way too long. A woman’s form of pleasure comes from an immense capability of connecting and operating from the idea of the 'divine.' When I talk about sexual energy, I do not specifically connect it to sex or the physical pleasure that you create for yourself or with someone else. It is definitely not associated with vulgarity or the traditional terms that surround acts of arousal, flutters, and orgasm.

From the womb, the woman is biologically a transformative creature, able to produce 'life', another human being. The moment a body enters the natural process of creating new life, it means that flesh is interconnected with the cycles of life and death, and the pleasure of the five senses. This isn’t a metaphor but a natural architecture. The same intelligence that builds a child in the dark also builds desire, intuition, and the unexplained force that draws people, opportunities, and resources towards you.
In manifestation and abundance, women’s ability to tune into a frequency of genuine flow comes from the creative fuel of sexual energy. It is the essence of magnetism and inspiration. Most people treat manifestation as a vision board exercise or a series of affirmations repeated until the nervous system goes numb. That is the masculine version of creation: linear, effortful, and timed. The feminine version is circulatory.
In your work, society teaches both genders to fulfil acts that generally operate from masculine-oriented energy. This often looks like high cortisol, meetings, and collaboration that drains your soul with too much logic and shallow emotions. It is the 9-to-5 repetitive cycle, leaving the sexual energy dry and begging for authentic alignment. All in all, the many visions or lifestyles you believe you want, need, or aspire to embody are often just made-up, idealistic fantasies that working and bureaucratic society feeds you to make you think it’s your only option.
Look closely at the design. A culture that needs consistent output cannot afford citizens whose deepest creative fuel remains intact. Shame is efficient. It keeps the body contracted, the imagination small, and the nervous system oriented toward compliance. When a woman is taught that her sexual energy is either dangerous, dirty, or only valuable when it produces a partner or a child, she is trained to outsource her power. She becomes easier to schedule, measure, and replace. The same systems that praise “empowerment” while measuring it in hours logged and tasks completed have no real interest in the kind of power that cannot be timed or tracked. Living sexual energy does not clock in. It does not ask permission. It rearranges priorities without a strategic plan.
This is the discrete political fact underneath the spiritual language. A woman who has reclaimed her sexual energy becomes harder to govern through exhaustion. She is less available for the soft coercion of “hustle culture,” less willing to trade her life force for the appearance of success. She begins to notice how much modern ambition is simply the performance of aliveness rather than the thing itself. The meetings that drain her, the goals that feel hollow the moment they are achieved, the lifestyles sold as freedom that require permanent disconnection from the body; these stop looking like neutral options and start looking like containment strategies.
Reclaiming the gift does not require quitting everything or announcing a revolution. It requires a different relationship to the body as primary intelligence. It means treating the subtle sensations of expansion and contraction as data that are more trustworthy than the latest productivity framework. It means refusing to dry yourself out in service of systems that were never designed for your flourishing. When sexual energy is allowed to move, work itself changes quality. Some things fall away because they were held together only by tension. Other things arrive because the field around you has become coherent again.
The point is not to reject structure or ambition, but to stop letting structure and ambition colonize the very force that makes a life feel worth living. Your sexual energy is not a private indulgence or a spiritual accessory. It is the original technology of creation you were born with. The same energy that still surrounds it isn’t accidental; it serves someone. The only real question left is whether you will keep treating your greatest gift as a liability or finally let it do what it was built to do: move life through you without apology.
